This Privacy Policy explains how Luminux Capital ("Luminux," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by LeadLaunch Media, a sole proprietorship based in the United States, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, complete our forms, or otherwise interact with our services (the "Services").
Luminux Capital is a marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a lender, bank, or funding provider, and we do not make funding decisions or provide financing. When you submit your information, we may share it with a funding partner who provides the financing described and who may contact you. Please read this policy carefully.
Information you provide. When you complete a form or survey on our Services, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your responses to questions about your business (such as business type, monthly invoice volume, client payment terms, accounting software, and funding preferences).
Consent records. When you submit a form containing a consent disclosure, we and our service provider ActiveProspect, Inc. (via its "TrustedForm" service) may collect and retain a record of your interaction with that form — including technical information such as your IP address, browser, page content, and the date and time of your consent — to document that consent was given.
Information collected automatically. When you use our Services, we and our advertising and analytics providers may automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, the ad or link you arrived from, and how you interact with our pages. Funding partner(s). Our core service is connecting business owners with a funding partner. When you submit your information and provide consent, we may share it with a funding partner who offers the financing described and who may contact you. All funding is offered and fulfilled by that partner, subject to their own terms, approval, and privacy practices.
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as our landing-page and form provider (Unbounce), our consent-documentation provider (ActiveProspect / TrustedForm), and our advertising provider (Meta). These providers process information on our behalf.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luminux Capital, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell or share your information with a "list" of brokers. Your submission is directed to a single funding partner.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA/CPRA"), the sharing of your personal information with a funding partner in exchange for value may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Services and to measure and improve our advertising. In particular, we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and shares certain information about your visit and actions with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimization.
